Rachel St. Clair is licensed in Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance. She brings with her eleven years' experience in client service and relations and a commitment to respectful, purposeful service at home, in the office, and in the community. At their home in York, PA, Rachel and her husband, Paul, enjoy raising their two young daughters while feeding their own gourmet food, art, and music habits.

Philip has been in the financial services industry since 2004.  He graduated from Shippensburg University's John L. Grove College of Business with a BSBA, majoring in Finance and obtaining a minor in Economics.  He holds his Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health insurance license.  He is also investment licensed with his Series 7 & 63.  Philip's educational background and work experience, including 3 years in personal banking, make him an excellent resource for clients seeking to make conscious and deliberate fincancial decisions.

Philip has been an Associate Financial Representative with our team since June of 2009.  He creates in-depth Personal Needs Analyses to help each client map out a path to financial security in line with their personal goals and values. 

Philip and his wonderful wife, Lisa, have resided in York their entire lives and look forward to someday raising children in the same community they both grew up in and now actively serve.  In the meantime, they pamper their Shih Tzu, Oscar.  Philip also enjoys teaching local third graders as a volunteer for Junior Achievement.

Abigail is licensed in Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health Insurance.  Abigail joined our team in July 2009 with a background in medical records and financial coordination, as well as client service and childcare.  She grew up in the Red Lion area and recently returned here with her family from Fort Bragg, NC.  Abigail assists with underwriting and client service.
